Sunglasses made of recycled polypropylene crafted from material offcuts of the plastic industry that would be go to landfill.
The product consists of three parts: the frame, the legs and the pins, all made out of the same material.
In addition to the use of a circular material, sunglasses are designed to last and to be easily recycled once their useful lifespan is over, in order to apply the principles of circular economy.
The designers also organized workshops where people had the opportunity to produce their own pair of sunglasses, choosing their most suitable recycled plastic mixture.
