Reebok: collection of shoes entirely from materials of vegetable origin

Forever Floatride GROW 2020” collection of sustainable shoes by Reebok, made entirely of materials from renewable sources, containing 59% of certified organic materials.
In accordance with the sustainability strategy undertaken and the objective of contributing to reduce the use of materials derived from petroleum, the sportswear brand has developed a running shoe that represents an evolution of previous sustainable collections proposed on the market in the last few years.
The upper of the shoe was made with a circular material obtained from the bark of the eucalyptus tree, breathable and robust, the insole is made of bloom algae foam, collected in areas  characterized by invasive growth.
The midsole has been the subject of years of study to ensure high cushioning performance and is made with material derived from castor seeds.
The sole is made of natural rubber from rubber trees.
