New H&M sustainable collection

The new H&M Conscious Exclusive collection was presented last March in Los Angeles.

The Swedish company has been involved for years in the creation of this line of clothing made entirely of circular materials that includes dresses, jackets, shirts, T-shirts, skirts and accessories.

This season, along with recycled polyester, organic cotton, organic linen, organic silk, cellulose fibres, recycled glass and recycled silver, H&M introduces new sustainable materials.

A natural leather alternative made from cellulose fibers extracted from pineapple leaves, a plant-based flexible foam using algae biomass, and a fabrics made from citrus juice by-products.

The collection will be available in stores and on line from April.
