Renew chair: the new bio-based armchair

The US company “Room&Board” has recently launched “Renew Chair”, their new armchair certified by a third-party laboratory as being made from 99% bio-based materials.
Specifically, it consists of a cushion with a natural latex core and an outer layer ofwool. The fabric covering the padding is made of 47% wool, 34% cotton, and 19% nylon. The wooden structural elements are made of reclaimed solid oak from fallen trees or buildings destined for demolition, produced by skilled craftsmen.
The armchair combines a typically Scandinavian design with a focus on the use of circular materials.
