EveryOtherDay’s Cozy Cleo lamp is an excellent example of minimalist yet circular design. Few materials were chosen to make it, while also taking the environmental aspect into consideration. The lamp base is made of 100% recycled paper, which is shredded with water, pressed and shaped without the addition of any additives. After the drying stage, the paper model is coated with a thin layer of water-repellent paint. Two versions are available for the lampshade: one made ofPLA, a biodegradable plastic of biological origin that is compatible with 3D printers, and the other made of PETG, post-consumer recycled PET made from the bottles from which the filament for the printer is made. The advantage of additive manufacturing is the exclusive use of the product needed, without generating production waste.
