Recycled fabric for ski World Cup jackets

On the occasion of the women’s Sky World Cup in Val di Fassa, two hundred jackets made of circular materials were prepared to be worn by the organising committee, staff and volunteers.
The recovery of the bottles resulted in a GRS-certified recycled PET fabric, an international standard that ensures the content of recycled materials in textile products.
The continuous filaments (burls) are twisted to make the yarn, which undergoes dyeing, finishing with various membranes and water-repellent processes to arrive at the final fabric.
