Description: Material derived from processing dry tea waste, a waste otherwise destined for landfill since the caffeine percentage is so high that it cannot be used as animal feed, in the food industry, or to generate bio-energy. The surface is coated with bio-based polyurethane and the bottom is laminated with a fabric made of natural or recycled fibres. It has a biological content of between 45% and 95% and is used as an alternative to animal skin.
