Recycled polycarbonate in new XBox controller

Xbox introduces the first wireless controller made from recycled materials.
The device is composed of 1/3 post-industrial recycled polycarbonate, obtained from the processing of manufacturing waste, and post-consumer recycled polycarbonate recovered from old Xbox One controllers, from car headlights, from water jugs and CDs.
Regrind’s mechanical recycling process makes it possible to recover previously molded colored parts to create the new controllers while maintaining durability and performance.
