In-store repair centres to promote circularity

Canadian shop chain Arcteryx, which specialises in high-performance outdoor sports equipment and apparel, has over the past year dedicated itself to opening new hybrid shops, featuring an in-store service centre reserved for repair and after-sales care.
The service centres represent an important strategic key to make the brand’s ReBIRD™ initiative a reality. The main objective is to promote circularity, upcycling and life extension through in-store repair and care training.
In addition, through the service centre, the company offers second-hand equipment and garments for sale that have been carefully inspected and repaired.
