Driade: capsule collection of chairs in recycled material

Driade proposes the first capsule collection made of 100% recycled material. The collection consists of some iconic pieces of the brand revisited in a green key, such as Nemo by Fabio Novembre, Roly Poly by Faye Toogood, Pip-e by Philippe Starck and Sissi by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba. The seats and armchairs are made entirely of recycled plastic, partly coming from internal production waste and partly post-consumer, obtained from recycling waste.
The seats are intentionally characterized by neutral colors that derive directly from the plastic, such as black, a strategic choice that gave the name to the collection itself: “Black is the new green“.
To complete the new proposal of circular products by Driade, special labels associated with each piece of furniture have been introduced, made of paper containing seeds, which make it plantable in the ground at the end of its use, so as to give birth to sprouts and plants.
