A “new skin” is a pilot project promoted by Ecopneus and developed by Matrec to identify new applications of recycled rubber from tires. Through a series of experiments and applications were obtained semi-finished products where the rubber is joined with other materials such as cork, leather, felt, wood, bamboo and other sustainable materials. The final results are identified in innovative solutions for different commercial sectors, thanks to the properties and characteristics of recycled rubber. The final results will be present the end of January 2017.
